Attorneys Gregory Dorsey and Shaun Bokhari obtained a temporary restraining order on behalf of one of the largest privately-owned medical practices in Howard County, Maryland and one of its owners. In issuing the temporary restraining order, the Court noted Kelly | Dorsey’s clients will suffer irreparable harm, if the temporary restraining order is not issued, and entered an order that forbids the other owners of the practice and another entity controlled by them from accessing bank accounts, computer systems, and servers, thereby placing in the hands of the firm’s clients operational control over the medical practice. The parties later consented to the issuance of a preliminary injunction.
