Mr. Ronzhes is an Associate at Kelly | Dorsey, P.C. assisting with the firm’s well-regarded tax controversy practice. Mr. Ronzhes’s work focuses on disputes with the Internal Revenue Service (“IRS”), including criminal tax defense, collection matters, audits, penalty relief, federal tax lien issues, and civil and criminal tax litigation. Mr. Ronzhes also provides assistance with, and consultation on, the firm’s commercial litigation and general business matters.

Prior to entering law school, Mr. Ronzhes worked as a Certified Public Accountant where he completed audits and compliance testing for a variety of small business clients. Additionally, he prepared federal and state tax return for corporations, s-corporations, partnerships, and individuals. Mr. Ronzhes’s professional interests are in tax and business litigation.

Mr. Ronzhes received his Bachelor’s Degree from Boston University School of Management and his Juris Doctorate cum laude from University of Baltimore School of Law. While earning his degree, Mr. Ronzhes interned with companies where he got firsthand experience dealing with civil litigation, due diligence audits and non-profit filings. He is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
