Mr. Bokhari is an Associate at Kelly | Dorsey, P.C. assisting with the firm’s business and commercial litigation practice. Mr. Bokhari received his Bachelor’s Degree of Science from Indiana University, where he majored in Biology and minored in Chemistry. He received his Juris Doctorate from Indiana University Maurer School of Law. While earning his degree, Mr. Bokhari was the President of the International Law Society, a legal intern with a number of non-profit institutions concentrating in human rights and refugee rights, a legal intern with in-house counsel for the Taiwan Economic and Cultural Representative Office (TECRO) in the U.S., and an Administrative Law Judge for the State of Indiana adjudicating claims for unemployment insurance benefits.
Prior to joining Kelly | Dorsey, Mr. Bokhari was a federal and state litigator for three years, concentrating in employment discrimination, civil rights, personal injury, and immigration and asylum law. Mr. Bokhari has also litigated against the Democratic Republic of the Congo for grave human rights violations against peaceful protesters on U.S. soil. Mr. Bokhari served as a Judicial Clerk for the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, assisting in the adjudication of discrimination complaints against federal agencies.
